I bring a unique dining experience to your next event. My lifelong passion is to create meaningful connections between myself and those I cook for. My style of rustic farmhouse cuisine, with clean bold flavors, is inspired by the local farmers I have spent decades building relationships with. The connection begins with the farmers.
All of my menus feature farmers-market sourced, local, organic ingredients hand picked by me. Each dish is made from scratch with an emphasis on proper technique and careful attention to detail. Your dining experience includes detailed explanations, discussing the farms your food came from to the cooking techniques I use in the process.
Enjoy the convenience of having an intimate meal cooked in the comfort and relaxation of your home, vacation rental or other venue, with a personalized menu created just for you.
